Turns out hangry (hungry + angry) babies are pitiful and super no fun! I feel so bad for Amon and his little fast-athon. Today was a bit tough, but we definitely had some good sane moments. Consider the evidence.
A) A morning walk.
B) Another walk to meet Micky Mouse. This hospital is simply amazing with all the things they have going on and provide for the kids and parents. Amon was super skeptical about this so-called “mouse”…notice the cutting of the eyes.
C) Fingers. Apparently finger chewing can help take the edge off.
D) An afternoon walk with Josh and the wee Kelleys. Definitely the highlight of our day!
I personally love Harper’s heart hands.
E) Dinner with my most favorite people in the world.
And F) The craziest, most awesome mobile ever that has helped keep our sanity in tact. Lifesaver for sure.
Now if I could just give him a 42oz bottle of milk…that would be awesome.

Oh I absolutely love the last pic of Amon ~ Harper stole my heart with her hands ~ I love ANYTHING ABSOUTELY ANYTHING HEARTS. Well you are almost to the half way mark Laura ~ As I was praying for all today I was thanking God for you being there ~ with these latest issues that came up ~ rather than at home without the medical back up. God has your back for sure and will continue as our Prayers go up Blessings will come down ~ You are special and very much Loved:) Keep looking UP that is where your strength comes from.

Nothing, not even ‘hanger’ can take away his cuteness! He is simply just a doll and looking healthier every day! If he smiles THIS big when he’s sick, HOW MUCH LARGER THAN LIFE will his face be when he’s OUT of the hospital!

Oh Laura! Been reading your blog for about a year and a half now, so I feel like I know your family well and have never met you in person! I talk to about you to my husband and I think he worries I am a bit loony for loving and praying for a family I have never met in person! Especially since I talk about you like you live down the street from us! Lol!! But as a Chrsitian and a Momma I get what you’re going through on so many levels!! It is what I like to call a heart connection! I think you and Harper would get it! <3
