I am excited to really concentrate on what Christmas is really about. This year my husband and I are more convicted than ever to show our children that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus. We want them to look for ways to show God’s love to other people and not focus on what they get in return.

I am mostly looking forward to the together time with family. I am now the only child since my sister died almost five years ago and my parents are elderly, so I cherish the time with them.

I am looking forward to watching the one year old play with boxes, the two and half year old rip open the presents, and the delight in the five and seven year old as they see their surprise presents! Also, l am looking forward to seeing what the Uncle comes up with to torment the parents of the above mentioned children. Every day brings us one day closer to our adopted granddaughter’s homecoming and then she can be in on this craziness!

I am excited to see my son open presents. He is 2 now, so this is the first year he’ll really get into it. In fact, he’s already tried to open a few that are under the tree!

I’m most excited about my mom’s mac n cheese. This may sound crazy but I’ve been dairy free for 13 months because of a possible allergy with my newborn daughter and she was cleared. I had to slowly introduce her to the dairy just in case but it’ll be OK on Friday so on Saturday I am officially GOING FOR IT! I’m also very excited to see my kids open presents and to visit with my entire family!!!

Can’t wait to see the look on my kids’ faces on Christmas morning! This has been the most fun holiday season ever! Kids are 5 1/2, 5 1/2, and 4 so they are really into it this year. They get especially excited coloring their advent wreaths each week. I just got a new dSLR for and early Christmas present and have been looking for a prettier alternative to the manufacturer one. Would love to win!! Love all the art you do!

We are so excited to have this be our very first christmas with our son Gavin Pan since we brought him home from Taiwan this year. Excited to see he and his sweet sister Lyndlee Jya-Ying take part in this special time as we all experience the true meaning of Christmas! Anxious to see the plans God has for my family for next year, praying it will be bringing more children into our home, giving more precious children a family that loves them dearly and teaching them about a Savior that has always loved them! We had an unexpected death in our family in October. It has taken a toll on those of us that were left behind. I am most looking forward to being with my family, not taking one moment with them for granted and cherishing our memories of our passed Aunt/Sister! What am I most excited about this Christmas season; I am very excited to have another Christmas with my Nanny and that her great grand daughter got to spend it with her.
