2014 {I Welcome You}

I have to be honest, I have started to actually completely dig a new year.  I know it means another year has gone…time has continued to fly and again, I am another year older, but  I’m excited about what all 2014 possibly holds for our family and for me as a wife and mom and artist.  The possibilities feel  endless and things that normally would feel impossible feel delightfully possible.  It’s all very exciting…so many things on the horizon.

Next week I will have more information for you on craft nights.  Eeek.  I might possibly throw up, but hey, throwing up is better than sitting on dreams right?!?!  Right.  At least that’s what I’m telling myself.  Now someone pass the plastic puke bin please.

I made this 6×6 monogram canvas for a Christmas gift and had a few requests.  If you would like to order one, just shoot me a message HERE.  They are $50 plus $5 shipping and you get to pick the color scheme and letter.

I’m hoping to get back into my regular groove of things around here.  Christmas and all it’s joyful irregularities has really taken a toll on my life’s routine, but in this really great, “Wear-your-PJs-all-day, snack-and-nap-and-work-puzzles-and-cruise-the-interwebs-and-only-shower-every-other-day” kind of way.  Did you just understand all that jargon?  If so, we are totally on the same recovery plan from the holidays.  We can be each other’s accountability.  I need it.

Here’s to a new year and a fantastic Monday!

  1. My friend just stopped by on her lunch break and I felt I had to justify it. “We usually get dressed in the morning, but. . . you know. . . Christmas break.” hahaha! I feel you.

  2. Yay! I’m feeling the same way about the new year! And we’ve been in the same pattern of Christmas holiday life lately. Gotta get back in the swing of things! Happy new year friend!

  3. YES!! I don’t even know the details of craft night and I’m already crazy excited for you. Cheers to following your big, scary dreams in 2014!
